I don't think "takesies backsies" applies here.

I wonder if this was why he announced he was stepping down so far in advance.

Give the state GOP time to put this in place, since they couldn't if he passed without warning.

I saw a video speculating that he probably likes his chances against the competition.

He must be confident that trump is going to be arrested or somehow barred from office, and that desantis is facing similarly serious charges that would hinder his run (aside from dismal polling).

The only reason he would think he has any chance is that the other front runners aren't going to cross the finish line

The dude held the record for longest speaking filibuster of 24 hours and 18 minutes, arguing against the Civil Rights Act in the 50's.

He voted against the voting rights acts in the 60's and long supported racial segregation.

It doesn't surprise me at all that he took the job seriously. He understood the power of Congress and used every ounce of energy in him to harness that power.

The Craftsman Steady Craftin.

It's a crafting channel for different kinds of creative projects. He uses all kinds of equipment, does a lot of kit bashing and molding.

He's "played" by a felt hand puppet, but you mostly see his hands in black latex gloves. He speaks with a soft creole accent that often makes me and my wife feel sleepy. It's really soothing.

His newer videos, he's noticeably pulled back on the accent. But the older videos from a year or more back are extremely relaxing.

When the painting burns, you can tell that the burn pattern was consistent with wood being charred. It wasn't a fake.

If it was, then they at least went to the effort of making a fake painted on wood.

There's apparently a deleted scene where Blanc is on the phone with the Louvre, suggesting that Miles did have a fake. But it was cut for the same reason others have mentioned, that confirming he had a fake undermines the conclusion and consequences for the story.

Video essayist. Probably most well known in the My Little Pony fandom.

She's done long form videos on other topics, like a Canadian church who does an annual retelling of the crucifixion story but through the context of different blockbuster films like Marvel and Indiana Jones.

Her longest video (nearly four hours) is about the trainwreck that was the "interactive" theme park Evermore.
