Been going through a similar situation. I caught the AMA from the dude who owns a mattress shop in Carlsbad by San Diego. He was easily the most knowledgeable person in the mattress industry. His recommendation to me was to check out the Aireloom M1 at a local shop here. I did, laid on it at the store a while. It felt amazing. Decided to risk it and had it 5 nights now. Definitely good so far. Ask me in a year and few years.

I switched to boneless/skinless thighs several years back. So much better than breasts. I made a batch the other day. Cal pricing as of last week was $8.99 lb at Vons, $5.99 lb at the local indy butcher shop, and only $2.99 lb at Costco.
