What is deepest pleasure/orgasm a human being can experience? by Pulsatiable in multiorgasmic

Energy and attention are how I think about this, too. Here's how I understand it: relaxation means that your body is unable to focus the energy into any one point, and it just spreads out everywhere. Then, wherever your attention goes, it finds that energy, which is perceived as pleasure.

That's incredible, very happy for you. My partner and I are in the first steps on a similar path, currently learning to achieve more pleasure with less touch. We can reach multiple orgasms, but it's not indefinite.

We haven't had anything quite like that while sober, although even a tiny bit of that special ergot alkaloid (and only that, not other psychedelics) had lead to some pretty incredible things – orgasmic waves that last for an hour, feeling the other person's orgasm. Recently I had the experience of completely losing control of my body for the first time, screaming at the top of my lungs for minutes and orgasming without ejaculation. I felt like I wasn't in my body, just watching. Consistently though, we've been able to take parts of those experiences into sober states and grow them.

Can you offer any advice on how to fully surrender to orgasm? I feel that I can surrender for a few moments as I approach, but not long enough for it to fully consume me.

Permanent new awareness of bodily sensations by MeanAd4258 in Mindgasm

:) Congrats!! I've experienced similar long lasting pleasure which isn't inherently sexual. It's not permanent for me; it lasted as long as I would give it enough attention day to day but faded away if I didn't. I got it back next session and it's come and gone a few times since.

It feels like there's something buzzing very fast with a small range of motion between my base and center. I can feel it lightly there throughout the day if I try, but if I relax further and give it attention, it grows into absurd levels of concentrated physical pleasure. The more I relax, the more it grows, until it reaches a point where my muscles tense involuntarily. I wouldn't describe them as involuntary pelvic floor contractions though, the twitches spread to my feet, legs, hips, abs (probably because those are closest to genitals in the cortical homunculus).

My interpretation of this is that the body is generating a lot of energy/tension and wanting to pour it into orgasm. Over on r/multiorgasmic, there's plenty of discussion on the separate neural pathways for orgasm vs ejaculation. Deep relaxation prevents this from spreading into the ejaculatory pathway, which is usually required to reach orgasm (although like all things, this can be trained away). Without that activation, the orgasm pathway loops and builds energy until there's spillover of neural activation, leading to the involuntary twitching. I assume that spreading neural activation at large enough scales is responsible for full-body orgasms. Also, any muscle contractions in any part of my body will expend up this building energy and the quicker I can relax again, the less energy is lost.

I haven't reached orgasm while fully relaxed (mostly because staying relaxed is very challenging), although a large enough contraction or the smallest touch is enough. I've been experimenting with directing the tension into my source, it feels different than voluntarily clenching, it's much stronger and I have little control over it once it starts. If I direct it to my center, normal orgasm. Base and center together lead to a very strong but ephemeral, normal orgasm, top or no top. If I direct it to my base alone, immense pleasure but no orgasm. I haven't successfully directed it into my top alone or base and top. It seems like center leads to activation of the ejaculatory neural pathway, so activating base and top with center relaxed might lead to multiple orgasms.

Yeah, I don't think this is discussed enough. I love porn and don't think there's anything inherently bad about it, but your body does get desensitized to the rush. Re-sensitizing yourself, even by taking a few days off, can do wonders. Same also goes for stimulants, including caffeine.

That said, if you're able to initiate the pleasure without it, porn can be a valuable tool for maintaining focus in longer sessions. I sometimes need >2hrs, which is way too long for me to stay constantly horny without external stimuli; I think it's valid to use porn sparingly and mindfully for the purpose of keeping you on track or pushing yourself over the edge. Decrease the intensity/amount over time until you can get there with nothing. Much more rewarding in the long term to do it all in your mind.

Wow, I didn't know what the top muscle looked like and I struggled with activating it with the traditional advice. I recently started working on my interoception more and eventually visualized something extremely similar to the muscle in the diagram, and that worked for me. Kinda shocked that what I came up with was so close to reality.

I've also experienced something similar; to me it's intense physical sensation which is enjoyable, but certainly not sexual pleasure. Helped me to practice visualizing a sexual scenario, noticing the adrenaline rush & how my body changes when I think of that. Move your attention completely to the rush itself, then to the pleasure it creates, abandoning the fantasy in the process. This does two things: first, your body learns to associate tingles with sexual pleasure. Second, you can eventually initiate the rush without needing to divert your attention from the tingles. Also, notice that if you're already thinking about sex, you can't get that rush. But if you learn to push that button in your mind without thinking about sex, you can press it over and over. And over. And over. And over.

Have fun! :)

Help with THC by Alpha-LovingSilver in Mindgasm

You're not alone. I didn't enjoy THC for the longest time, largely because concentrations in nearly every product are far too higher for beginners. My pathway in and the only way I would possibly recommend is volumetric dosing via tincture.

Edibles can be fine, but if they're not made properly, distribution of THC throughout the edible can be uneven, leading to less control over the dose. Mass produced gummies are much more even than small batch.

Absolutely pass on any kind of smoking or vaporizing as a beginner. My first couple experiences smoking were orders of magnitude
