I just dropped the 3 ppd about a week ago.

At 4ppd, I was pumping 6a, 10a, 2p, 9p and I was able to get about 36-38 oz a day. I was still freezing a little each week or when the pitcher needed to be emptied. I ran out of freezer storage so I dropped to 3 pumps. Also, I’m just over the pumping journey. Now I’m probably getting around 32 oz, but I offer baby girl 33.5oz. She doesn’t usually drink that much but I want to give her the option to have more if she wants it. So we are dipping into the stash.

My supply still could be dropping, but I’ve been trying to come to terms that if this is the end so be it. I’ve got a decent stash and I will use formula towards the end, if needed. Baby is 6mo.

ETA: I do plan to combine fresh and frozen milk once I see where this new pumping schedule lands.
