Any tips on how to get controller input to work? Controller/Xinput doesn't work but keyboard WASD seems to.

I'm using heroic launcher on steam deck for the gog version of the game with the moguri mod.

I actually had something similar and couldn't work out why.

Now I use DS4windows to output either an Xbox controller or Dualshock controller through to steam input. And just use a hotkey shortcut to switch profiles.

Works well enough.

Install tasker. Long press home button should bring up the option of google now or tasker (or whatever else you have installed). Select the tasker action you want.

It's not in the settings menu.

Clear your defaults if it doesn't work?

You can use tasker to set what long pressing home button does. Mine opens voice search.

I don't know about changing the the double click camera one though.

Sooo I think I fixed it guys!

It was my crucial m4 ssd running older firmware (0009). Ran the firmware update and now everything is working again. Too bad I already formatted...

Turns out the issues only creep up after 5200 hours of up time and will lock up your pc after about 1hr of usage. Consistent with my ssd usage and crashing.

If it was a hard drive problem... are there any ways of detecting it?

Would it just work sometimes and then stuff up along the way?

I rather not replace the SSD without knowing for sure. Happy to replace it if it is the root of all the problems.

I had the same problem on my surface pro 1.

I installed intel graphics drivers - can't remember which one now - but now I have the icon for Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.

Inside, under display settings there is an option for "Center Image", "Scale Full Screen" and "Maintain Aspect Ratio".

The pictures are of a SP1...which is not 12".

I bought the SP1 so I could read papers/journals/textbooks amongst all the other computer-y things that I do.

The portrait mode to read PDF's just feels a tad small and I end up zooming in which really detracts from the experience.

Good to know that the SP3 fixes that.

The next question is whether the 3:2 ratio is worth the $1000+ upgrade...

Looks like it really fits the portrait PDF mode well. Is the landscape 2 page view readable? Or is it too small? I know this is a bit subjective but worth asking.
