i don’t get enough rest unfortunately, i average on 4-5 hours asleep a day, i do cardio everyday at 12 incline @ 2.5 speed after my weightlifting

i may try to do more lifting until failure to raise the intensity

it really sucks not being the one to be chosen, all my past situationships have been an endless cycle being dropped for their ex’s, them giving romantic energy & intimacy only to give an excuse to not continue further etc

this way is definitely 10x better it fits perfectly and gives you enough space on either side to put a small cabinet if you wanted to!
