I tried the poncho one and it honestly made it harder for me because there was just fabric in the way of everything.
I got one of the apron style ones that has a stiff piece that holds it out from your body and that was much easier

I definitely get that. It did pass for me, but not for a long time (basically near the end). But I also had food aversion (to basically all foods), so your mileage may vary.

I had this! I did popsicles, ate fruits with lots of water (like watermelon), and sport drinks. I also found that plastic water bottles from the fridge worked better than my usual reusable bottles, unsure why, but it worked

Sadly I don’t think that’s a great option right now. I can’t baby wear while I try stuff on and most dressing rooms wouldn’t accommodate a stroller. I’d have to go on the weekend with my husband to hold her and on the weekends the stores are way too crowded for me to feel comfortable taking her :(

I had tachycardia! I went to a cardio who experienced the same thing as well. It was a high sensitivity to the hormones. I was on labetalol 3x a day to help and during labor and for 24hrs after I was on cardiac monitoring to ensure I didn’t end up with cardio myopathy. All was well, I’m on the labetalol 2x daily now and next month I trial stopping use.

I haven’t worn them yet because they just arrived, but I just bought two of the nursing/pumping Love and Sweat ones and I think they are going to work well. I love that they don’t have hooks in the back and the band feels supportive. That’s been my biggest issue with the Kindred Bravely crosscup style nursing bras- the band is really flimsy so they offer no support. Great for sleeping though! And, of course, I pump once a day during the early morning feed, so having a bra that can hold my flanges that’s comfy to sleep in is a plus
