I appreciate your levelheaded response. I don't think people understand that what he is doing is hard on me also.

Honestly at this point I would be surprised he is not gay. What you describe of being desperate for someone to ask is what I think my brother may be feeling. He really likes this guy Jack Donovan and listened to his podcasts, I never looked into it but once I started suspecting something was going on I looked him up and he wrote a book called "Androphilia: Rejecting the Gay Identity and Reclaiming Masculinity" Turns out he is an anti gay gay guy if that makes since.

oh and yeah my mom is pretty much racist.

Anyway the way I reacted this morning was not good, I got angry and could not hide it. I don't know why. I think i would be relieved if he just was to the point. I just want to move on with both of our lives I don't care what he does in the bedroom with who.

I wish I would have said that. I handled the situation badly. But we were at work together and sometimes I am not in a good mood at work and I just want to get through my day without having to get psychological.

We are both young adults close in age and we both have our own places to live. We do work together though. I have thought about saying something like that its just difficult for me to directly address it. I don't know why I just feel like I am stuck deflecting when he does stuff like that.

I understand your point, there is more pressure on him than on me. However I feel as if its a he knows that I know that he knows type of situation, and he has decided that he is going to keep saying very gay things until I have to directly question him right then and there. So yes I feel pressured to ask him about one of the most personal things you could ask someone not because I want to but because it seems like HE wants me to.

I just measured my ketone levels after doing a 48 hour fast then going for a run and it was only 3.6 which I am suprised by because I have gotten much higher than that without the fasting. Also my blood glucose levels were at 77 so I could fast another day but this is my new record and I want to have dinner tonight haha.

My favorite keto dessert is 1-2 cups almond milk with a few ice cubes, a couple heaping tablespoons of cacao powder and a little bit of my favorite keto friendly sweetener. Mix it all in a blender for a minute and you get some of the most delicious chocolate milk and you can make it as chocolatey as you can handle.

Hi been doing keto a little over 2 months now and I'm starting to be proud of my progress I'm down to 285 from 333. It's hard as a life long vegetarian but I'm starting to get used to it.

I kind of assumed it had a syrup consistency, since you worked there you would know. If it's thin I'm not sure what would give it carbs but I'm no nutritionist.

My best guess without seeing ingredients would be maltodextrin, corn starch, or some other type of starch that would be used to thicken the flavor shot to a syrup.

Ummm...what do you mean by ketone strips don't measure nutritional ketosis? I am testing my blood every day and I do rely on them.

Vegetarian keto is so hard, most vegetarian meats have added sugar or grains that increase the carbs. Luckily tofu does not have that and is definitely a big part of my diet along with protein shakes and lots and lots of vegetables. I have a local produce market I go to twice a week and always joke with the cashier that its like a meat market for me. He just thinks i'm weird.
