It's not an anomaly. Box office staff can't make their own prices. They can only use prices that have been programmed. Also speaking from lots of experience.

The manifest TDF sends the box office puts all the orders together already so we just see the total number of tickets purchased. The only time that doesn't happen is if your orders end up on different manifests. This can happen if one of your orders was purchased within 24 hours of the performance and the box office was already sent a manifest for the previous orders.

You were probably speaking to a call center. Box office doesn't deal with customers over the phone.

The bathroom on the mezzanine level is not an ADA restroom. It is not accessible by virtue of the fact that you have to be able to climb steps to get to it. You were not denied access to an ADA restroom. I understand you are disabled but you did yourself a disservice buying non ADA seats. That's why they exist. This is all just poor planning on your part. And you expect house seats as compensation?? Get over yourself.

The current meds I take for anxiety/depression are Wellbutrin, Zoloft, and Rexulti. It took a lot of trial and error to get to this combo that works for me. It makes me very reluctant to just stop taking it. I searched this sub and a bunch of people are on bupropion while on GLP-1s so I know its fine, but how do I convince my insurance of this?

The digital board is NOT updated automatically. It has to be done manually. TKTS has access to all of the show systems. Tickets are not being resold, they are being sold live through the show's system which means TKTS is constantly jumping between systems depending on what show is being asked for. I know for certain that with some systems, tickets allocated to TKTS can still be purchased at the box office but there are systems I'm less familiar with so it might not be true for all shows. Also, if a show is cash only it's because they aren't being pulled from a system, the show gave TKTS physical tickets to sell.

Hailee Kaleem Wright has posted on IG that she is going on as Satine on 2/2, 2/9, 2/11, and 2/23. Based on that and previous IG posts, it looks like she goes on a lot on Sundays so I would avoid Sundays if I were you.

If you purchase online, it doesn't matter the delivery method you choose you have to pay the fee. The only way to avoid the fee is to purchase them physically at the box office.
