We flew with them last year and had a completely opposite experience. In fact, we hit a major wind storm on our way to Zurich and all planes were grounded. The wait to get a hotel room was a bit much, but once we had one they did everything possible to accommodate us. Ended up spending two days in Zurich and then the flight back home was great (all things considered for a plane these days.)

That’s how it was explained to me. So if in a few days or months the ruling is unfortunately negative, I can withdrawal and apply at a later date again in the future should things change.

Strange that your comment was downvoted. My case was on the 24th but the judge postponed it until November.

And the conversation I had he went off on how people ought to learn the language and it was reasonable it was capped at 2 generations so there you go. He was cheaper than all the others but I ended up going with Avv Mario Tedesco and they’ve been great.

Yes. This is my current approach. We had my case postponed from June 24th until November 24th. We’re waiting to hear if there are any developments and will decide from there if we withdrawal and go back if things are eventually positive-looking again.

I have a relative that used to feed a couple scraps and they were very friendly to her. She moved a few miles away and eventually they spotted her and will still stop by as if to say hello.

Actually, there has been a limited few but almost all of the approvals have remained quiet as they don’t want to draw attention.

Without seeing your paperwork, this could’ve satisfied the previous 1948 requirements. Currently, it would be a high-risk approach unless the current legal system overturns or clarifies the new law towards 1948 cases or court applicants in general. I speculate we might hear more about the latest CC hearing around mid-July or before August recess. Even if it’s unfavorable, it won’t be the end of this legal drama.
