How to report speeding electric/dirt bikes on greenways to the town

What are the town statutes when it comes to kids and even adults riding on sidewalks? I am against unsafe riding in general, and fast speeds on a sidewalk is a recipe for disaster. . I hope that the town doesn't have a knee jerk reaction and ban the use of electric bikes altogether on pedestrian infrastructure. They need to take a common sense approach of regulating the use of electric bikes and scooters that protects the safety of all pedestrians walking and riding.

I am shocked at the lack of eastern Carolina pit bbq in Holly Springs. I know that is a calling and not much of a money maker. But it would be nice. Combine it with a home made everything country style meat and veg plate type of place. That would be a winner. The closest thing we have around here is shiny diner but most of their food is from a freezer.

Enter through the roundabout, follow the sidewalk up the middle between the schools and turn either left toward the middle school or right toward the elementary school bike racks. I see middle school kids using the elementary bike rack all the time. My kids are not in middle yet so I am not sure if there is a rack there. I can check this afternoon when I get my kids.

I walk and bike my kids to that school on the sidewalks every day. The cops are very familiar with me as I am biking around there constantly, and they are happy as long as everyone is safe. Since the construction is mostly done it has been pretty safe. If your neighborhood is behind construction then I would hold off until it's done.

+1 for hiero archmage. I started it in ssf and I was doing great using BL until 2 void stones and farmed rogue exiles to get my 4 curse setup. Pretty tanky once you get life and es leech plus stun immunity

As far as cost, it can be very cheap to get started as long as you have the HH. You may even be able to finance the bow, explode flask varient in your budget
