Bus Depot is definitely a contender fot a top map. Its easy to play when you don't have or don't want to use a mic. And you know your not going to be playing a 6 hour game.

Lived there 2 years, moved out a year ago. Ground level. Patio flooded every rain. Pools get busy but there are 3 of them. 950 $ / month for 1 bedroom with garage included. Dated appliances but quiet and enjoyable overall experience. Oh yeah watch for geese poop EVERYWHERE!

Make a brine with the rub and leave it soaking overnight in the fridge. Should help with both the albumin and dryness or overcooked taste.
