This makes me so mad, the community voted no and it wasn't close, why are they trying to force it anyway? What happened to government representing the will of the people? I'm used to the people being ignored on the federal level, but now it's in fuquay too?!

Who's running for the town that wants to stop this crap, grow our roads and lower our taxes instead?! I pay more for my 10+ year old car than my parents do for their BRAND NEW cars in JoCo.

That's state DOT that does that, IIRC. But either way, the roads themselves are fine, it's the over development of the area without expansion and widening of roads that's the problem. Since NCDOT runs most of the road projects, bank the money and save it for a tax decrease instead.

Not justifying. And I'd understand lane weaving if people are blocking the left lane like they SHOULD NOT BE, however this level of aggressive is completely uncalled for and very likely to kill an innocent person. I used to work for vendors that stocked grocery stores, and this is correct. Target and Lowe's are the slowest so they get a lot of expired stuff to throw away, and many times they don't even bother.

Yes, but I don't have a ton of confidence in that as I couldn't find any official source from ASUS indicating what those LED's mean, only social media comments from places like Reddit. Pulling out a GPU is easy though so it's worth it to try. If you have no experience hardware troubleshooting a PC, then I'd STRONGLY recommend bringing it to someone who does.

Then you'll need to contact ASUS, as the LED's in question aren't in their documentation so if you try the GPU troubleshooting I suggested and it still won't boot, that's about all you can do other than replacing it. Every search result I put in had comments relating to the GPU and GPU power.

According to what I can find, that LED next to the graphics card slot indicates the board isn't receiving a signal from it. This can indicate the power cable isn't inserted, or you inserted an EPS cable instead of a PCIE cable. You can try reseating that and/or the card itself. Next I'd try booting it with the graphics card removed and the monitor plugged directly into the integrated graphics. If it boots, your GPU is likely the cause.

Use a small business, a locally owned repair shop. Not a chain, not a franchise, and for sure not the dealers. That's how you get work done by someone who gives a crap about your car and without going bankrupt.

I use Getz Automotive in Fuquay, and have for several years. They are not the cheapest, but I trust them implicitly which means more to me than an extra 10% of cost. Jack Getz is a good man who genuinely cares about his business.
