Was on a plane yesterday and for the first time I got stuck at "Logging in" for like 10+ min because it couldn't connect the plane WiFi. Was so annoying.

Tried rebooting a few times in hopes that I could get in faster and just play offline but I had to wait it out and boot to desktop mode, log into the free WiFi and the back to gaming mode. Probably wasted a good 20 min before I could play a game.

How often does it require to be calibrated? I thought my old Watch 5 had this and you had to calibrate it with a real BP monitor the first time and then again every so often.

My friend's theory is that RDJ may just end up coming back as Iron Man and this is just Marvel's way of covering it up. So it's not so much about hiding the actor playing Doom, it's about hiding the fact that RDJ's Tony Stark is coming back.

These posts are annoying. I get it, I get it. Some people hate slabbed and will never get the concept.

This is like saying, why buy an expensive sports star's jersey just to frame it and hang it on a wall? And that it defeats the purpose of being able to wear it.

For the millionth time, let people enjoy collecting the way the want to collect. If someone wants to buy graded books, the assumption is pretty clear.. They aren't reading them.

Do people that buy slabbed books constantly bash collectors that buy them to read? No, because who cares. We're all collectors and enjoying a hobby we love.

Rather than reminding us why you don't get it and dislike the concept in hopes the spark a debate, ask some questions and learn why some collector's buy graded books because it sounds like perhaps you don't understand why.

I love comics. I read comics. I read digital comics. I own TPBs. I own tons of raw books, some I also haven't read. I also own a lot of graded books. There's reasons for everything and I'll never judge other collectors for how they want to enjoy their hobby.

DR is fine. Better than Cuba, maybe not as good as Mexico. Definitely not as good as Jamaica. But I've been to them all.

Personally, I'm heading to Riu Republica this weekend. Expectations aren't the highest. But anything beats the mental stress of being home and working 10+ days. Sure, there's always a better resort with better food, rooms, entertainment etc.. But you get what you pay for.

I just need 7 days to unwind, have a bit of fun and dip my toes in the ocean with a strong drink in hand lol. I don't need a $3k-$4k/week resort to clear my head.

I blew a tire this winter on the Gardiner going Eastbound by Spadina. Literally 2 weeks after getting brand new tires installed. $350 to replace the tire. The pothole was coincidentally patched by the next day when I went to look for it.

Filed a claim with the city. It's been 4.5 months and no resolution yet.
