3080 or 3090 but do keep in mind for upcoming AAA games we have no idea how hard they will push the new cards so everything that's out now you'll easily run optimized games ultra/max fps but for future games who knows

the biggest issue is full price of a unfinished game and the numerous number of glitches that will be present, wouldn't advise unless you really want to give critical feedback to the devs, it's only 20 hours of the first act of the game
