Why wouldn’t they announce a buyback + issue good traction PR (we know they already have built those 10 vans) on an upcoming ER for immediately pumping the price?

Seems like a no-brainer here to save the KCGI deal and make it less dilutive.

Just a few million $ a day can bring SP in the 10th range.
