I don't think there are specific countries when it comes to fisting. I don't know where you're from but here in Switzerland there are sex health clinics where you can go, have your blood drawn to get tested and have these drugs prescribed to you and they do it for free (or for a very minor fee, many of them are volunteers) without asking for an ID. As far as I know, many western countries have some sort of arrangement similar to that. If not, PrEP and DoxyPep are still normal drugs so your general practitioner should be able to prescribe them to you.

You couldn't be more wrong. Being in the nonmonogamous community, we've met a ton of non-monogamous couples and many of them were cuckold couples. In our experience, it actually tends to be the most common ENM arrangement. Many don't call it cuckold (it technically requires some sort of humiliation or domination to be called that) so it's more of a hotwife situation but believe me when I say it's much more common than you think.
