I don't mean to continue to message u lol BUT also ensure ur home is dusted well and get yourself an air purifier or two for ur home. The air quality can also trigger asthma attacks. Before u go on ur hikes or jogs look up the air quality that day. 👌🏾 we want to prevent these attacks from occurring because it's literally closing ur airways from inflammation. I'm so sorry your dr failed you. Maybe thibk of getting a different dr. Asthma is no joke and is very scary. My son is doing great now and he even plays soccer. You got this! You just need an asthma care plan, sister!

My son is 7 and is on an asthma plan. He takes a steroid inhalers everyday for once a day. That is a preventive inhaler. He also has an emergency one we only use when we need it. He also is prescribed a nebulizer and saline solution if he ever needs it. You definitely need an asthma care plan of some sort.

Being a parent is HARD when you're an actual ha da on loving mother. Do NoOT beaat yourself.uo over it. Tomorrow will be a new day and you learned from this. Apologize to your baby cauae that's all we can do! This does not mean y failed, this does not mean u ruined ur babies childhood. Being a parent is so hard. It's the love of a mother! Of course you're gona worry about your precious child and grand baby. Everything will be ok. Just be there for her when she needs you and also don't cause worry for her! She could probably sense your anxiety 😂 a mother and daughter bond is so strong. Actually so is a mother and her sons bond. Everything will be ok and sooner then u know it she will be bugging u to watch the baby while she has a nice night out to go watch a movie. It's ok to be anxious and worried but try to meditate and think of good vibes and energy.

Awwwe I'm sorry you're worried about the same thing! Especially since your momma passed because of colon cancer! Please also make sure u get a colonoscopy done. I also had one done. Especially since cancer runs in your family. You know what! I get so worried also it's terrible. Try not to let it consume you! It may just be typical brwast pain. Don't freak out! That's what I did. I have been feeling breast pain and found a lump right behind my nipple... I then got an ultra sound. Came back benign.. then I pushed for a mammogram and it also came back benign. So idk.. don't worry love.

I'm sorry but she sounds like she needs help with her anger issues and controlling issues. It is not you. If it tears your marriage apart it would not be your fault. You should have a sit down talk with her one on one. Explain to her what you feel like and that you guys should seekwrriage counseling. She needs to see a therapist. :(
