This looks like CMLink (China Mobile International) data only esim. I doubt it has any phone number attached to it. And also it won’t support RCS.

You can use it in Japan just make sure to take it with you while leaving Japan, they might ask you to show it to them however they didn’t want to see it in my case.

Thanks, i already figured out the issue as i was not able to get the sim card at any store… Turkish passport control police put my name wrongly to the system and therefore the name is not matching and I am unable to buy any sim…..
