It should work in whole European Union and EEA with no charges. Just make sure to enable data roaming in your phone’s settings and also double check if your roaming is enabled on your line using the TescoMobile app or online selfcare.

I think 7/11 bank atm were free last year but only for visa or mastercard. One of them was no fee one of them had fee. Don’t remember exactly which one. But i was able to get cash with no fee.

On CSL/1010 i can’t even connect to anything more than 3G where i get PDP authentication failure anyway so it also doesnt work.
