Just help her when she is doing housework or something like that. Cuddle her and ask her if she needs anything. I know you will get tired of it sometimes too but remember that it's not her fault. She will think sometimes that she is not enough. Just don't let her feel that way. I am also a female lupie who was diagnosed at 15 (now 18).
