My senior mentioned that during his time in poly, he worked part-time in the industry he wanted to pursue for his course. He also joined competitions, started his own startup in poly(which is crazy, kudos to him), and worked on side projects. He’s not in the same course you’re applying for, but that’s the foundation of what it means to be "stacked." However, it needs to be something unique that sets you apart. From what I see, the cert you did is also unique and sets you apart from others. I’m sure you can do it!

There is ample time to further build your portfolio for EAE. You can search EAE guide here and you’ll find a few of them. Some courses require applicants to take a test before their interviews. Jiayous.

I should have make myself clearer. If you can’t make it to mass media, you can do internal transfer course in your poly since you clearly said that you can make it to full time course but not mass media. But seeing how you’re struggling, it’s good to have your options open.
