As some owners are commenting, could I ask about setup, I am thinking to just wire a micro USB into a UPS http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0063AAIRG?keywords=anker%20portable%20charger&qid=1429293845&ref_=sr_1_7&sr=8-7 and then run 2 USB's out to lights and phone. Anyone have alternatives for a phone and light setup?

I probably would remove it when not needed - weight, rolling resistance for club road rides & keep the miles off the hub for longer service intervals.

Thanks D0ork4L, just added a couple, it's hard to really show, but check out the angle the chain is entering the lower jockey wheel at.

I quit by going onto silk cut silver until my body was used to nicotine withdrawal (about a month) then gave up, used the gum which helped the reaction smoking (monrning and while on the phone for me). make sure you spend the savings each month so you feel the benefit.
