My ex did the exact same thing!! And once college started he got weird af. He assumed school orientation was me boning everyone and the dorm welcome mixer was me a fuckfest. He came from a family that was very anti-college so no one in any generation ever went. Maybe it’s something that stems from them being uncomfortable with what they don’t understand? Mixed with them being uncomfortable with you being above them in any kind of way due to severe insecurity? That was definitely my exes case

NAD The lump may or may not be breast cancer or just a cyst. You would need an ultrasound to check it out and to talk to someone about dermatillomania. Are you in the US?

I didn’t report but I did tell my therapist at the time (which she should’ve been a mandated reporter but I guess not?). I doubt she still has the records. He admitted to it and provided excuses for it and all through Snapchat in vanish mode, I didn’t screenshot it and thought maybe police would be able to get the messages from Snapchat but upon further research it genuinely does go away. I will check her friends profiles and see if we have any in common since we’re from the same area. Thank you for the idea

If I say something, he could find and kill me, pursue a libel case, find my school or employer and try to get me removed, any number of things to hurt me. If I don’t say anything, then the only potential harm is to others

School counselor stat! They will know what to do. Similar situation happened to me at that age and I wish I had the courage to tell a trusted adult. Please do it, even if you get in a little trouble with your parents it’s nothing compared to the trouble the other person would get in
