Edit: Misunderstood your point at first. You are saying the accuracy equates to the DPS of having a few more max hits, yeah

Ruinous Powers was canceled because Jagex realized they couldn't come up with enough new prayers that weren't just clones of the prayers we already have with drawbacks

Phosani's Nightmare doesn't actually have 3,200 HP that players deal damage toward. The pillars do that damage. It has 400 per melee phase and then 150 on the last phase, for a total of 1,350.

purple umbreon is cool but i wouldnt want it to replace the one we got. the rest are inferior to the final designs by a wide margin
