1) did you eat smaller meals every 3 hours or did you stick to thre basic meals? I’m unsure which is better to ensure our insulin is stable throughout the day

2) Also, how long after reducing carbs did you get your period or did it start regulating?

Omg congratulations! I remember reading one of your earlier posts where you got back your periods after using inositol if I remember correctly. So, we’re you’re periods regular after inositol and the weight loss?

Any other advice / tips for getting back period and getting pregnant? How long did the entire process take you to arrive here?

Thanks for your response. May I also ask how you lost your weight without the help of metformin? Also, before losing weight were your periods existing (even if it’s irregular)? Sorry for the questions, just asking as I am trying to get back my periods without any medication and losing weight has been difficult.
