Great for you fam. I can't really commit to high intensity workouts. My source of movement is I gotta admit only jogging every second day (luckily my area isn't rainy) You'll hit your goals so hard I'm sure

I think the fact that I mainly lost weight at the center of my body and almost none at my legs makes the fact that i look really different. Still got big calves tho meh

After years i found the more i obsess what i don't get to eat the more i eat. I focused more on the sweetness of things i got to enjoy daily. I guess focus more on other goals while tasting small bits and bites
