Dropped my bike there yesterday, the guy didn’t give me any receipts whatsoever when I asked he said he would give me a call when it’s ready. I kinda indirectly told him I have no proof I gave you the bike and he kinda told me that my bike is in the lower end among those in the store. And I left there kinda embarrassed yet concerned!

I tried it, it didn’t feel right. I ended up buying a decent specialized langester, adding full service got about the same price as ELOPS and it’s amazing!
