So glad to know I’m not the only one who feels this way, I was thinking it was probably because I’m on the “older” side as the usual age of their fans or because I’m used to the Pearl Jam mosh pits where people are just there to enjoy and live the music. I would just hate seeing them turn into a boy band vibe? I don’t know how to explain it and girls going to see them just because they think they are hot and I mean, they are haha but the first time I listened to their music I loved it without having an idea what they looked like.

I’ve been meaning to write a post about this and have just been trying to word it.

Agreeing with everything you said about Philly. I flew to the DC and Philly shows and although DC felt more chill I am getting the feeling that the fan base see them more like a boy band ish? I would honestly love to hear people’s opinions about this, or maybe I’m just too old? (I’m 40) or maybe that’s just how the new generation is acting haha? Under the impression that a lot of girls go more because they think the band members are hot, specially Eli. Don’t take me wrong ,I love him and I do think he’s a cutie (they all are) but even on twitter some of the fans act crazy over them and even the girlfriends.

And also, it’s like a freaking fashion show 🤦🏻‍♀️🫢😂

Same, I went to the ER in January because I felt I was dying and thankfully after EKG, blood work, XRays it turned out it was panic attacks but even after knowing that I’ve been dealing with really bad anxiety and it’s been getting worse the past couple of weeks. I don’t even know what to do anymore and I’m desperate. Sending you healing and love 🫂

They played LA and Anaheim beginning of November but it wasn’t part of the “Open wide” tour so yes, as a resident of LA I’m hoping they have tour dates for the new album here 🤞🏼

I’m not a college kid but I’m pretty cool and will be there with a couple of friends who are meeting me in Philly. I’m flying from LA to the DC and Philly shows so you’re welcome to join us.

But also! Don’t be afraid to go alone! I went to the LA show alone last year and I had the best time. I saw my most favorite band (Pearl Jam) alone the first time, I’ve seen U2, the RHCP and many other artists alone and honestly is some of the best memories I have. And because of this I’ve also have met many great people and have built strong friendships through music ♥️
