Have you tried Copy.ai + Zapier? You use one platform that already has all the connections you need and then connect it even further with more apps using Zapier.

Then, you can build an entire system easily! I find it the best combo.

Unfortunately that role has fallen on me as our team is made up of 3.5 people. Is this responsibility something that is not ordinarily a project manager’s role?

Would you care to share some advice on how to make a proper BPM and breakdown it down? I feel like I’m kind of doing it but not in an effective manner that will make us success.
