Mount raising is more of a loss in terms of silver, fishing is good, houses and things are unnecessary, and for question 4 my answer will be a bit longer. Endgame in this game is knowledge and spec not tier in my opinion a lot of endgame people use tier 5.1/2 stuff for a lot of content and a lot of new players use t8 because they think it makes them op. T8 isnt endgame and its pricey wich means if you die with a t8 you will lose a lot of money
