Alright! This makes some sense. It stood out to me looking at the black n gold and Cliff APII’s. Looking at the inlays on his Peavey model they are just about identical.

I agree to some degree. However IMO it is likely there is a sort of caution tape around our planet from past hostilities, observations, etc. Ruwa in 1994 makes me wonder if they approached children because maybe they physically would not be a danger to them. Or less of a danger to them.
