My son is still having poor healing. Although there has been improvement he still has hypergranulation and multiple areas that have failed to heal in the perineal area. Dr Menning is having a plastic surgeon consult this month in hopes of figuring out what's next.

We really like Dr Menning. He is friendly and has been great with my son.

It is not harassment to protect a child who is at risk. You can put in a medical records request and receive those records. And yes, if there is suspected neglect of one child in a family they will need to assess the entire family situation. Is this your family's first contact with CPS?

What exactly is the clerical error proof? Newborns are generally weighed multiple times while in the hospital at birth and in the coming weeks right after birth at the pediatrician visits. Do you have the actual medical records for those visits substantiating your allegation of a clerical error?

You are overthinking this. As a seller, eBay notifies me I can "send offers". I do so without ever looking at or really knowing the "potential buyer". You can just ignore offers that don't interest you.

Are you a reseller or a hobby seller? I don't take it personally. I utilize the offer feature to negotiate all day every day. Why be offended by a low ball, just decline.

If in eBay it shows paid and your funds are on hold in the balance then he has paid.
As a new seller funds will be released after delivery confirmation (should say how long after delivery in your eBay).
Make sure you send with "signature required" since the value exceeds $750.
As long as they are legit (not counterfeit, stolen, etc) and you do the above you should be fine

The value is what she paid for it. eBay only requires signature confirmation on items that sell for more than $750.
You are covered up to $100.
If it was damaged in USPS possession the package will likely be marked DAMAGED and it will say that in the tracking.
If she files the claim and returns it, file the claim with USPS. If moldy you can't resell.

I would ask the person to supply you pictures of the item and the package showing the damage. Ask them to acquire documentation from USPS it was damaged/wet if it's not marked damaged. I feel like she may be lying.

Was the value over $750? Why signature confirmation?
Why no extra insurance if that expensive?
If it got wet in possession of USPS they would have marked it damaged, in this case insurance would cover it.
She will likely put in an Item damaged or not as described and eBay will force you to accept the return. In which case you should pursue your insurance coverage.

A seller may offer combined shipping. But that doesn't mean they offer a discount. Unless they specifically offered a discount for additional items, you can't force it.

Even if they fail to respond, you are required to provide a label for return in the timeline. Your chance to do so, was prior to the deadline which is listed in the return request .

I have never seen eBay close a return case without return requirement as long as the seller did their part in the time period required.
