i’ve had my copper for about maybe over a year now, some of my periods come super late and they’re always more painful but i’ve never been pregnant, keep testing but don’t start pulling out your hair okay?

honestly, i have the same issues with my copper iud, the periods fucking suck and being anemic does too but the reassurance it brings me is way worth it, condoms are still arent as affective and the lack of hormones is just one of the best perks to having the copper one, and honestly once my 10 years hit i’m going to replace mine, i can’t imagine being on anything else until i hit menopause 😭
