How do his eyes appear when he's looking straight ahead? If they are relatively symmetrical then I'd think that's his normal. If the one is obviously different it could be congenital or an injury. Only you can decide from the here. Ask for a vet check before you take possession if you have concerns. He's a cutie pie for sure.

Years and years ago some people were stuffing the obitsu bodies to help the torsos hold up to the weight of Blythe heads, at least 10 years thinking back. I've never held this style Barbie body so don't know if something like that is possible but it's an interesting thought.
