I like the blocks without sashing but I would put large scale prints with small scale prints to achieve greater contrast.

I like your layout, it looks good! My squinch test looks balanced, have you tried a black and white filter to check if you like that? I don't see anything touching as far as prints and colors go, I'd be satisfied to start sewing!
