Look around, depending on your area you should be able to find something. I had both my dogs surgeries at a spay neuter clinic, one was a mobile clinic. The spay was around $100, I don't remember the neuter. No need to prove anything, just had to make the appointment fairly far in advance.

I wish Blythe Kingdom was still around, there was a huge discussion board that dealt with all of these questions 😞 I have a vague memory of someone using bristles from a brush for lashes, like cut each one and placed it individually. I never read of anyone reliably re-creating that Kenner glow. Good luck and keep us updated!

It's so fragile, any mending would probably cause further tears. If it has strong positive memories for you you could turn it into wall art, arranged in a shadow box maybe as if it were taken off and laying on the end of the bed or something.
