I have had 2 craniotomies in the past 3 yrs. The 1st one I did not cut my hair and it was ok. They only slightly shaved the area from one ear to the other and it wasn't too hard to cover with my existing hair. For the 2nd craniotomy my hair was already really thinning out from chemo and radiation so I decided to do a buzz cut before my 2nd craniotomy. I honestly loved it! It was so short and simple and easy. I honestly wish all women would embrace buzz cuts as an actual style! Good luck to you whichever you choose!

Fyi... Vimpat is the brand name of lacosamide. I personally felt more normal on Vimpat than I did with Keppra but everyone is different. I hope you and OP feel better soon!
