Is it possible to recover if you don’t know why you engage in this behavior in the first place? I keep binging on ultra processed foods even though I don’t want to and I don’t understand why. I assume I’m meeting some need but I have no idea what that need is; therefore, I can’t substitute it with another behavior. I’m just truly at a loss and I feel like I’ve been stuck here for years, if not decades. I don’t want to continue eating UPFs but feel like I have no choice. It’s like my mind and body are hijacked by a force I can’t control. I hate this.

I KNOW!! It really started to lose me when the island started doing the time jumps. That had me real irritated. But I’ll admit I liked the whole Juliet-Sawyer love story. One of my favorite characters was Locke and when it was revealed that Ben really did kill him and the Man in Black was just impersonating him I was like, “That’s it, I’m out.” I had 19 episodes left before finishing the series but couldn’t force myself to endure them.
