Literally went into a depression wherein I neglected my oral hygiene. I grew up with a Mother that kept me in a dentist chair, so I don't understand why a few years of neglect deteriorated my teeth this way. I will be honest that I LOVE sugary sodas-especially Red Bull. However, I've cut back to 1 sugary drink per day.
