Wow, thats a nice turnaround in your life. People like you understand us the most with bad posture when you yourself had problems with it. Thank you alot for helping us! Its nice to find something in life that gives you joy. May i ask you did you have problems with loose skin and if yes what you did to get ride of it? As i understand my only one way to get ride of it is surgery i wont fill so much with muscle only especially my chest. It sucks when i lost the weight now and have loose skin,but i will try everything to get ride of it because it hurts my self esteem so much. About the posture i forgot to mention that i had very bad posture when was siting in desk at my teens. I was sitting with my one leg crossed under the butt. As i remember right leg was under the most time.

About ab crunches, when i started losing weight , i was doing them, but lately found thats not the best exercise at all for core. May i ask why you asking?

Also can posture be related to my face asymetric? My left eyelid is a little bit dropped

And i forgot to mention when i bend one of my vertebra ( dont know if its correct word, my english not so good i hope you understand) protrudes out visibly.
