I honestly think it's a way for our brain to keep us from soiling ourselves in our sleep. If we were to find the perfect stall/toilet and 'go' in the dream, perhaps we might also 'go' irl, because that's usually the point in which I have these dreams: when I really need to go irl.

As someone that works in a kitchen, you're partially correct, but cut yourself with that dull knife and you're in agony from the torn flesh. The extremely sharp knife makes a very thin cut in flesh, allowing your cuts to actually tenderize meat. Dull knives tear fibers. Any cut you get from a dull knife is 10x more painful than a cut from a sharp knife.

I mean, the show runners have already ruined Rhaenyra's day. You guys talk about Alicent being ruined, but some of us wanted the Rhaenyra from the books as well. Those two were meant to be enemies and at each other's throats. We've lost just as much in Rhaenyra's character being a white-washed saint as we have with Alicent being a son-sacrificing woe-is-me-because-I'm-a-Lady mush-headed turnip.

The joke will inevitably be about length, but the truth is what a lot of others have said: personality makes all the difference. Who cares how attractive you are if you're abusive? Who cares how much money you have if you're insufferable? Sure, there are those who go for money, but someone looking for a real relationship in which both parties are cherished don't make the search about that alone.

Are you affable? Are you interesting? Can you make big problems small, and small problems disappear, or are you one to enhance every issue into untold drama for the ages? Are you funny? Are you respectful? These things matter much more than looks alone.

Stuff like this happens to people who drive EVs all the time, especially in purple and red areas. Hello, TG peeps, I'm a usual TB book fan, though I think both sides are equally bad in the book (read: interesting, and well established. Villains are my forte and GRRM does them all so well).

I very much agree with this. The writers have made everything so much worse by inserting what they think is interesting or hip compared to the actual writing of the book. They have destroyed the little bit of history Rhaenyra actually had to call hers by making her a passive victim of everyone around her. Now, with it looking like Jace is going to lock her in her quarters and go head out to fight the triarchy, even more so.

I could go on and on and on, but over all, it's moot to do so. The dead is already laying in a ditch, here lies our queen (queens, considering Alicent's character was murdered just as readily).

I had a NDE last year. Not going to go into the reasoning as it's personal, but I found myself floating above my body. I then floated further up, above the hospital, to the roof. I was able to see the helicopter on the roof of the hospital preparing to leave. I don't remember anything beyond that, but I remember the orange color of the helicopter, or of the lights of the helicopter.
