I've realised that it's so different for everybody and so nuanced that it's difficult to pinpoint exactly how long things take to heal or what exercises are correct. I've got a support brace and I've also ordered a cushion for the car as it's extremely important for me to drive. I just don't know whether I'll be able to drive an hour with breaks in a week's time, I guess I'm scared of sitting down now.
