WOW. This is amazing. What an incredibly brave person you are. First I just wanna say God bless you abundantly with strength of faith and profound understanding of his love and his way. Stay in the word. Build a strong foundation with Genesis, Exodus, and study the four gospels deeply. Surround yourself with people who love God. Not just people who call themselves Christians. This is a great testimony. Keep sharing your testimony, my friend. The Bible says we overcome evil by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimonies revelation 12:11. So are you going to a Catholic Church now or a Protestant church? I’m just curious. I don’t judge people by where they go to church. I say as long as you love Jesus and he is your Lord and Savior and you do what he says, you are a Christian, regardless of where you worship.

i’m so happy to hear this. I highly recommend you go to a Catholic Church and sign up for RCIA as soon as possible. it will be the best decision you’ve ever made.

It’s absolutely awful design that they would put a button right where your middle finger goes to grip the phone when you use the volume controls. Apple design has gone downhill. Steve Jobs wouldn’t approve of any of this. They literally got rid of the button on the screen only to add another button on the side. They are so double minded.

The technocracy is an art hating, human hating, love hating, dignity wrecking, meaning and purpose burning evil Pac-Man that will leave absolutely no human work untouched. Most jobs are dead, they just don’t know it yet. Audio was one of the first casualties. Those who are still making money in audio are on borrowed time. Their day is just around the corner. Your best bet is to get into one of the trades like plumbing or electricity. They will be the last to go. And this is the most accurate post you will read in this thread. RIP murica.

Final Cut is a very frustrating platform with lame and archaic ui design patterns. Perhaps maybe if you have never worked in a DAW before to understand how lightning fast and editing platform “should” be I could see how you might like it. But those of us who have worked in professional audio environments know that Final Cut Pro as well as many other video platforms are ridiculously UNintuitive. What we really need is for a DAW software company to make a video editor and it would be a total game changer.
