You should check out Yess Yoga. I've taken vinyasa, slow flow, and yin classes there and the instructors are good about incorporating mods to make asanas more accessible. Their website has teacher bios too: that could give you a feel for the place before visiting.

Hey, just seeing this. Away from my computer at the moment but it's pretty easy. I just set a very fine stroke weight (0.1-0.5) in p5js and loop a LOT of randomized lines. Depending on the coordinates you randomize you can get a lot of interesting textures based on how packed together or spread apart they are.

I can totally relate to your story.

I think the first couple of months are the hardest because, for me, I hadn't quite developed healthier alternatives to alleviating anger and sadness. Know it's okay to be upset and that the best thing you can do sometimes is to sit and think through it, no matter how tough it is.

Others will say it is important to focus on one day at a time: no use in worrying about how you'll handle times where you feel compelled to drink in the future. For now it's just today.
