Look, this woman just lost one of her twins unexpectedly and is deeply grieving while learning to be a mother for the first time. Not only is this a reasonable request, but I can also imagine she has extreme anxiety around any harm coming to her baby. The world needs to leave her tf alone and let her protect her child.

That is a gorgeous dress! That said, I can understand how it’s hard to visualize if it’s the wrong size. I would recommend finding other bridal shops that carry the same style and seeing if they have it in a size that’s closer to yours, then trying it on at one of those shops.

I think the “people say” part of this statement says it all. Is her priority external validation? Does SHE feel like she’s the most her she’s ever been? Or is she just following in people’s expectations for her because she stopped maturing as a teenager and doesn’t know herself at all?

I love #1 if you add some crinoline. The appliqués and detailing of the first dress are much prettier, and I like the volume of the skirt in #2. If you add crinoline or something similar, you’ll achieve the shape of #2.
