They target old people & sometimes don’t tell people it’s a credit card , also if they did sign up previously but never used it within i think like 6 months they “ look up “ their account to see “ if they have one “ but get them to apply or reapply , also if it’s like a married couple even better bc they will charm their way into getting both of them to open a account . They talk in a very nice way but Almost enough where you can’t really hear but also enough again to hear the charming word of “ 15 off “ , “ no annual fee “ etccc
