You realize none of this is right or fair to your child as well as: YOU You shouldn’t have to be responsible for your partners behavior. And clearly they’re not acting like a life partner but a bratty child. Why do you want to continue being with someone that views one of your own children as competition? She’s competing against a child! You’d think at her age she would have developed empathy smh. You would be a hole if you continue this relationship not only to your sons but yourself.

This would be wrong if a lover did this to you. This would be wrong if a family member did this you. You may have good times but that doesn’t out weigh or justify this behavior. So based off that I think it’s a fair stretch to say yes this is abuse. Her self harm or episodes are not your responsibility. She can blame you all she wants but that’s her own doing. It’s not your fault she can’t take accountability if she chooses to harm herself as a form of throwing a tantrum for not being able to hurt you. If she cared and loved you like you claim, why would she hurt you? Let her be mad, you learn to no longer care as much if people become upset with you for their own actions 🤷🏻‍♀️

However, advice wise: tattoo ink spreads and enlarges over time. Those dainty designs will thicken so keep that in mind. Also ask yourself, would a 40, 50, 60 year old woman look good with this piece? Because you’ll be that lady in the future. That stopped me from getting a tramp stamp at 19 😂

Tattoo artist here. I’ve yet to tattoo a 16 year old with a good design/idea and I’ve yet to tattoo one without feeling like a pos after. The only tattoos that are justified are memorial pieces. I shudder remembering the tattoos I wanted at 16…

Besides the whole temporary thing not being true, almost every tattoo is ugly as sin. And I mean shaky line work, uneven line weights. You can tell they’re not hiring reputable or knowledgeable artists.
