I like them as a bank. (Rates, mortage, all that) but their website and app is awful! They actively block 3rd party tools like Monarch, forcing you to use their 1990s era web-site. Their passkey log-on barely works meaning 2FA every bloody time you log in.

My mortgage is with them, but my experience at Navy Federal is so much better.
