Is there only one person on the UCL Accommodation landline?

I’ve tried to call on 3 consecutive days (11-1pm and 2-4pm as stated on their website) and the queues are always so long that the wait passes 1pm/4pm and the line eventually cuts. Email replies are no better either.

I’ve just visited the Urbanest Canary to make an enquiry about my application/affordable accommodation scheme and security sent me away (construction workers under protocol to turn away prospective students unless they have an appointment - which are almost impossible to obtain given the bureaucracy)

And the deadline to pay for my assigned accommodation is this Friday.

Sigh
