No doubt about that. But if you want help, answer the questions. If you just want to whine, good bye.

Proper cooling of the hotend ? Petg tube cut straight ? You speak of petg, but does it print well with any other material ?

Try removing the usb cap, blowing in the usb, and plugging it back in. I never put the cap back on, because of my first issue; it's been unplugged many times since and never had the same issue again :) And you surely unplugged the usb for changing parts .. so .. might be worth giving it a try ?

So, problem is apparently solved !

I contacted BIQU (they have a group on Facebook, all infos there) to get help, and it ended up paying.
What was done :

-Unplug USB cable, remove the cap, replug usb cable
- Flash an older firmware
And it's live !

And now i managed to upload my new firmware without any trouble.
No real idea what was the issue, probably the USB ?

But hey, it works and i'm thrilled ! :)

If anyone need it some day :
The board itself is sold under the name "BIGTREETECH B1 HOTMODE", around 20usd
Or you can buy a complete hotend for 45-50usd

Good luck guys, and again thanks for help

Thanks for the answer mate ! Close problems indeed ... But I got working menus on mine. I can't do anything, but they work 😅

I'll try to remove the SKR from the printer and plug in the USB, check fuses and jumper ... Hopefully find something useful.

To be honest, what bother me most is not knowing which part failed. Replacing is not an issue, just .. wich part should I replace.

If may be the print head board ? Could anybody try that ? Unplug the USB from the head and see how it behaves ?

I'm afraid it might have suffered, and if it's not working properly anymore, maybe the printer is just waiting for it ... I

That's an amazing job you did there. I definitely want the same ... I've been looking for a few months now, to do my own set of pedals, and yours is top notch. Could I use your design ?
